REQUEST A RETURN

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and will gladly accommodate hassle free returns within 30 days of receipt where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

If you would like to return an item:

1. Visit our online returns portal to request a return. 

2. Enter your email address/or phone number and your order number (minus the #MF prefix)

3. Select the items you'd like to return.

4. Specify whether you would like a refund, store credit or exchange.

5. Once your return has been approved you will sent details of our returns address and process. 

6. Package your items (ideally in the original satchel sent to you) and drop off at your nearest post office. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We advise using a tracking service in order to safely ensure the return of goods. 

7. Once received, your return (refund/credit/exchange) will be processed within 5 business days.

FAULTY GOODS

We will provide a repair, exchange, replacement or refund for faulty goods. Goods are classified as faulty at the discretion of MILES FROM, provided:

  • They are damaged when the customer receives them.
  • Show a manufacturing fault within 3 months.
  • No alterations have been made by the customer. 

To return faulty goods please follow the mail instructions as listed above

Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
